COVID-19 Patient Instructions

When you arrive (for an appointment, food/medication pickup, or sample drop-off), a staff member will greet you at the door to help you. We are performing doctor's visits in-person, and technician appointments are curbside. We can permit 1 owner to be present for each doctor's exam. If there are any changes to this protocol, we will notify you in advance of your visit!

We require that all clients wear their masks over their nose & mouth during the entirety of their visit

Please bring any records that you may have received from your breeder/rescue. Feel free to send us a PDF (not a photo) of them ahead of time!

What to bring: For your first visit, please be sure to bring a stool sample, your cats food bag label (or snap photo), any medication‘s or supplements he or she is currently taking, and some favorite treats if they’re on any dietary restrictions. We want the first visit with us to be a positive experience! (Don't worry! We've also got plenty of delicious treats here to
enjoy.)The stool sample should ideally be less than 12 hours old. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early so that you can get the most out of your first appointment.

Parking: We have no designated parking spaces, but there is street parking available on both Devon and Spokane.

To ensure a smooth visit:

• Be available to talk to us during the duration of the visit (45min-1hr).
• For curbside visits, if you go for a walk or run an errand, please make sure that you are able to get back to us within 5 minutes if we call you to pick up your pet.
• For in-person visits, you may not leave your exam room.

We understand that sometimes the unexpected arises. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us 24 hours' notice. We often have sick patients on our waitlist, and we want to be sure that we are making the most of our appointment hours every day.
